Oh how powerful are these words from the lips of Messiah Himself. The should settle the issue for all Christians for time and eternity about how one gets to God. JESUS IS THE WAY! And beside Him, there is NO other. However, IN HIM are more ways to reach the billions of people on the earth than there are people. God so loved EVERY INDIVIDUAL that has ever lived on this planet that He devised a way in THE WAY that is as diverse as the “peculiar” treasure He seeks; MAN.
Consider the following as simply a personal testimony that I pray will inspire you. I was saved in 1959, filled with Holy Ghost in 1971, and in that year took my first, what some might call, baby steps in ministry. I believe I have learned much since then, though I have much more to learn. In 1979, a man of God, ministering by Holy Spirit, said to me that my ministry would reach around the world, and that I would take this ministry across our globe, reaching multitudes for Jesus. In 1979, in my mind, that meant planes, boats, trains, cars, lots of luggage, and untold numbers of nights away from home and family. Oh how small was my thinking, but God had a different idea, a better idea, a more glorious and excellent idea.
Today I have traveled to such places as Ghana, Zambia, South Africa, Mexico, Jamaica, Peru, Canada, and many parts of the USA, and the number of nations to which I travel is increasing yearly. I pastored one church for 28-years, ministered to and known so many wonderful people through that ministry, and known the peace of God in that work. Before my pastoral years, I traveled for 15-years, and now am once again traveling across our globe. The Lord has allowed me to minister to both sinner and saint in small and large numbers, and today my ministry is focused in the arena of training Christian leaders internationally. Through social media, I write daily devotions, distribute daily videos, and engage in the creation of training videos for ministers world-wide. I have learned to NOT limit God by small mindedness, but by the mind of Christ to allow the impossible to be a daily way of life. Through THE WAY (JESUS), the Lord has done, and continues to do far more than I imagined, or can imagine, and in more ways that I could ever imagine. He is waiting on you today. Follow THE WAY to have revealed to you multiple ways to accomplish your assignment.
